Spinning Classes Timetable

Mondays - 9:30am to 10:15am & 7:00pm to 7:45pm

Wednesdays - 7:00pm to 7:45pm

Thursdays - 6:00pm to 6:45pm

Fridays - 9:30am to 10:15am

Saturdays - 9:30am to 10:15am

Sundays - 9:30am to 10:15am

All classes must be booked at reception.
